The Forum - Involved and Interactive - Coming Soon

One of our primary operating principles is to encourage involvement and dialogue all throughout the book creation and production process. To that end, we encourage our visitors to engage with us and help put their own 'stamp' on the books we publish by getting involved in our 'Pre-Production Reviewers' group.

This group is specifically created to allow individuals a place to provide their views and constructive feedback on books in our publishing pipeline, as well as book ideas we are considering publishing. Books made available to this group may be anywhere along the production path from initial draft through to final pre-production copy. From time to time we may also take an already published book and ask some of the reviewers to provide their thoughts as to how the book may be improved.

In some small way, we hope that this involvement continues to improve the quality of not only our books, but of books and other materials that have the opportunity to dramatically influence the education and life choices of children the world over.

Participants in this group will have access to a forum to exchange views on these books with other group members, be eligible for pre-release copy giveaways, and offered exclusive discounts and access to promotional packages specifically tailored for this group as a thank you for their effort and contributions to encouraging and improving children's literarcy in Canada, the US and around the world.

A large part of our operating philosophy is that there are no good or bad ideas, just ideas. We don't pretend to know what ideas will be well received and which ones will not so part of what we hope to do with the Ideas and Innovation Forum is to use feeback to create variations of our books. We believe that this 'test and learn' philosophy will help us continually improve the quality of books we publish. Changes may be as subtle or varied as:

• Page layout and Text Type
• Chapter / Novel form of Picture Books
• Dual or Multi-language books
